The position of Customer Service Operations Officer is a new role, requiring a positive team player with a proven background in providing exceptional Customer Service to internal and external customers, strong organisational and time management skills, and with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and think on-the-go.
The integrated working model of the Monbulk Community Link requires the role of the Customer Service Operations Officer to facilitate meeting room bookings, conduct minute taking, coordinate agendas, as well as perform the full ranges of Customer Service Officer front counter and telephone duties. Monbulk Community Link is also a VicRoads agency, contributing to it being a busy and vibrant environment within which to work.
This full time position, including fortnightly RDO, is based primarily within the Monbulk, but some flexibility to work at any of our five Community Links will be required to meet both resourcing and training needs. Each Community Link location is open on a Saturday morning from 9am – 12 midday, of which you will be required to be part of a rotational roster.

You will assist these people to access venues located within our municipality as well as social support programs.
This position is responsible for collecting and returning clients from their home; monitoring client’s safety in transit; and ensuring the vehicle is kept in good condition.
You must hold a current Light Rigid Driver’s Licence, and have prior experience in driving a mini bus, up to 24-seater.
